Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner to perform daily interior cleaning across client properties. Responsibilities include trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, restroom restocking, floor care, and window cleaning as directed by supervision.

The role may involve exterior cleaning, minor maintenance, and duties such as inventory control and snow removal. A high school diploma or equivalent and some cleaning experience are preferred, with a willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or vocational training.
• Some cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between properties and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Daily interior cleaning of the building including waste removal, vacuuming/shampooing floors and carpets, dusting furniture, restocking restrooms, washing walls, polishing, mopping, and cleaning windows as directed by a Supervisor.
• May perform exterior cleaning and basic maintenance; assist with minor repairs, painting, bulb replacements, and simple plumbing.
• Assist with inventory control and supplies, snow removal, and tenant moves as needed.
• Report spills, safety issues, and equipment problems to management promptly.
• Operate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely to protect floors, fixtures, and staff.
