Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise and review daily work of staff.
• Establish schedules and methods for cleaning services with resource planning.
• Maintain a motivating environment and support customer service goals.
• Use QA program to measure personnel performance and safety training completion.
• Coordinate with management and guests/clients on area needs and feedback.
• Supervise proper use of cleaning products and equipment and perform routine tasks.
