Job summary

BlueChip-Pro is seeking a Cleaning Services Supervisor to lead the daily cleaning operations for assigned buildings. The role involves planning, scheduling, training, and supervising staff to maintain clean, safe, and attractive facilities.

You will implement customer service goals and monitor performance through QA programs. The position requires ensuring proper use of cleaning products and equipment, communicating with management, and maintaining a sense of urgency in addressing service

Qualifications

• Supervise, organize and review the work of lower level staff.
• Operate powered and non-powered janitorial equipment.
• Make minor repairs to commercial cleaning equipment.
• Distinguish hazardous chemicals.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and review daily cleaning work for assigned buildings/facilities.
• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise and review daily work of staff.
• Establish schedules and methods for cleaning services and allocate resources.
• Maintain a motivational environment and support customer service goals.
• Use QA program to quantify personnel performance.
• Ensure employee safety and training compliance.
