Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitorial Supervisor in the United States to oversee cleaning and maintenance teams across commercial facilities. The role directs 2 to 50 workers, coordinates tasks, and ensures service quality on all shifts.

Weekly pay and full-time hours offered. Base pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities to lead teams in diverse settings including industrial and medical facilities.

Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in the janitorial industry.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
High school diploma or equivalent or three (3) years of verifiable work history.

Responsibilities

Assign tasks to workers, and inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
Issues supplies and equipment.
Resolve workers' problems or refers matters to the Manager.
Perform the duties of workers supervised.
Directly supervise the performance outcomes of 2 to 50 janitorial service employees.
Assist in training employees.
Plan, assign, and direct work.
Provide feedback for managers to effectively appraise employee performance.
Address customer complaints and resolves problems.
Collaborate with employees and perform related duties as a Working Supervisor.
