Vonachen Group is a full-service facility maintenance leader delivering janitorial, healthcare, and logistics support. The General Cleaner role focuses on high-quality service, safety, and consistent customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, 2nd shift position (3PM–11PM) offers competitive wages at $16 per hour plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), disability, paid time off, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong detail orientation.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
