Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma/GED not required.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Report barriers and coordinate daily schedules with management.
• Ensure open communication between field staff and management; document client communications.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Verify completion of work with Area Manager and maintain time records.
