Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor in Englewood, CO to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas across client sites. This role requires flexibility to meet client specifications and supports both full-time and part-time schedules.

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour with weekly pay. Shifts include Monday through Friday, 5am to 2:30pm. The company offers steady work and opportunities to grow within a leading facilities service provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to protect floors and surfaces.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash and manage waste as required.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet extractions/shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow housekeeping schedule.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment when needed.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by client needs.
