Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member to perform cleaning duties across facilities, including restrooms, offices, and common areas. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, in a fast-paced environment with a growing team.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays available. Training and support are provided to help you succeed in a dynamic service-focused company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 49 pounds.
• Walk and stand for long periods (up to 10–12 hours).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions (English; Spanish where required).
• Work hours include AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning of rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas as per procedure.
• Maintains cleanliness of customer and team member restrooms; polices as needed.
• Operates and sanitizes cleaning equipment safely and properly.
• Follows health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
