Job summary

Frontier is hiring a Janitor to maintain cleanliness across resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces. You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and assist with event setups to support daily operations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred) and janitorial experience; a background check is required. The role offers a stable schedule with a work week from Tuesday to Saturday and opportunities for overtime pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous janitorial/custodian experience and cleaning service experience are preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and other facility spaces.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up for events and activities as needed.
