Qualifications

• Combination of education or experience evidencing cleaning knowledge.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record for the past three years to qualify under NMS vehicle policy.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sweeps, vacuums, mops, or restocks hallways, offices, kitchens, restrooms, and other areas.
• Waxes, buff and extract floors; dusts low and high surfaces.
• Cleans surfaces and uses appropriate cleaning solutions for tasks.
• Removes and disposes of discarded materials; may compact trash.
• May perform light maintenance and replace light bulbs; may help with snow/debris.
• Operates a vehicle to reach multiple locations as needed.
