Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment; empty trash and replace liners.
• Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies; report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling cleaners and equipment; adhere to schedules.
