The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of janitorial experience, and ability to follow a detailed schedule. CORI checks and possible driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years janitorial experience and willingness to learn to work with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to follow a detailed work schedule and work as part of a team.
• CORI check acceptable per agency policy.
• Driver's license as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain assigned areas in a safe, sanitary, and orderly condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust designated areas including restrooms and offices.
• Clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and polish surfaces.
• Strip and finish floors as directed and with supervision.
• Move furniture as needed for cleaning and perform snow removal per contract.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisor.
