Inchcape is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across our Guam facilities. You will perform routine cleaning tasks and ensure spaces are well-maintained for employees and customers.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of commercial housekeeping experience; we value reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or with a team. We offer PTO, insurance options, retirement plan, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow schedules.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing workspaces and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, breakrooms, customer areas, and other facility spaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replenish supplies.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, walls, and fixtures to maintain a polished appearance.
• Respond promptly to spills, hazards, and minor maintenance needs to ensure safety.
• Assist with facility upkeep including basic grounds maintenance and porterage duties.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain an organized and tidy work environment.
