Pilot Company is hiring for Facility Services roles at our travel centers. You will maintain cleanliness of the store, showers, and restrooms, and assist with general maintenance while delivering friendly guest service to every visitor.

The position supports a team environment with the opportunity to grow within various roles across our travel centers and restaurants, and offers a path to additional responsibilities across the network.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Highly motivated self-starters
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
