As part of the Facilities and Maintenance team, you will set up rooms for events, perform minor repairs, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain facilities per College standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• One year of full-time directly related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive the College’s motorized vehicles.
• Ability to operate small motorized vehicles such as golf carts.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work a flexible, nonstandard work week.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine housekeeping and custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Operate cleaning equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Set up equipment, tables and chairs for events and registrations.
• Routinely maintain facilities, including light bulbs and filters.
• Report repairs to supervisor and assist with general maintenance.
