Pilot Company is seeking a team-focused employee in Minnesota to maintain the cleanliness of our travel center, showers, and restrooms. You will support guest service with well-maintained facilities and assist with general store upkeep to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning, towel handling, and light repairs while supporting a flexible schedule to meet guest needs and shift demands.

Qualifications

• Motivated self-starter able to work in a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Collect and dispose of trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
