ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations at DFW Airport, Irving, TX. You will delegate tasks, guide staff, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures to keep buildings clean and safe.

The role involves operating equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting janitorial duties as needed. Schedule varies; shift times include 1 pm–9:30 pm or 2 pm–10:30 pm with weekly pay at $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Lead coordinates daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance.
• A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present.
• The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers.
• This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.
