Job summary

ABM Industries at DFW Airport in Irving, TX is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise daily janitorial operations, delegate tasks, and guide the team when the manager is not present. The role includes operating cleaning duties, supervising staff, and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.

The PM shifts run 1 pm–9:30 pm or 2 pm–10:30 pm with weekends included. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.50, paid weekly, and requires flexibility with start times.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma/GED/college degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Train new hires in onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
