Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations and ensure adherence to policies. You will coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and provide guidance when the Manager is not present.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required

Responsibilities

Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
Provide leadership and direction to team members
Follow assigned work schedules, route cards as directed and report barriers
Ensure open communication between field employees and management and monitor client communications
Assist with daily and weekly work schedules
Takes care of keys and access cards for the property
Report damaged, broken or out-of-work features/items
Oversee and perform additional service requests in the building
Ensure quality of jobs and confirm completion with Area Manager
Provide training for new hires according to onboarding procedures
Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees
Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
