Job summary

NOVO Health Services in Madison, WI seeks a full-time janitorial associate to perform housekeeping across multiple areas including offices, bathrooms, warehouses, and server rooms. You will follow SOPs, maintain a presentable facility, and participate in routine cleaning tasks.

The role requires 1–2 years of janitorial experience and a High School diploma or GED. Regular duties include safety-conscious cleaning and basic inventory support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of janitorial experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic understanding of English and ability to read SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean facility by following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist in inventory control of supplies.
• Painting of the office and/or warehouse areas may be occasionally required.
• Perform duties safely and follow policies.
• Clean offices, bathrooms, warehouse areas, conference room, server room, kitchen and related spaces.
