Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking a dedicated Janitor / Maintenance (Porter) to maintain clean and functional facilities. You will perform routine cleaning, manage waste, assist in maintenance, and help with event setups while providing friendly guest service.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with prior custodial experience a plus. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and the flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report repairs.
• Set up and tear down for events or meetings when needed.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
• Greet guests and assist with inquiries as needed.
