Job summary

Guardian is hiring a dedicated janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety of our building. You will vacuum, mop, scrub restrooms, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, empty trash and perform minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the building.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash daily.
• Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, restock supplies, and perform minor repairs.
• Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees.
• Secure the building by locking doors after cleaning.
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs.
