All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and company policies, practices, and procedures to ensure overall facility integrity.**THE STARTING RATE:** $36.80 USD Hourly**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Perform routine to complex maintenance and repair work on flooring systems throughout the property, responsible for completion of all jobs assigned by Dispatch or Management and maintain logbooks Operate power and hand tools to complete job assignments in a timely manner. Perform carpet installations and repairs to include: seaming of various types of carpet, power stretching, kick stretching, wall trimming, pattern-carpet matching, carpet backings, direct-glue installation.
