Qualifications

  • Two years related work experience.
  • High school diploma or educational equivalent.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation for local Austin area travel.

Responsibilities

  • Installs, replaces, adjusts, and maintains door hardware such as locksets, door closures, hinges, astragals, weather stripping, silencers, etc.
  • Remodels existing facilities and assists in the construction of new structures.
  • Assists other staff with projects and maintenance, repair, and installation duties in the trades.
  • Orders, purchases, and loads hardware and materials.
  • Oversees hourly staff and truck maintenance as needed.
