The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, some experience in maintenance or custodial work, and the ability to lift heavy objects and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to support multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of building systems is desirable (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Prior facility maintenance or custodial experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor facilities across campuses, including restrooms, doors, walls, ceilings, turf, landscaping, and parking lots.
• Perform custodial tasks and ensure facilities are clean and presentable.
• Respond promptly to maintenance-related calls or messages, typically within 24 hours.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and church policies.
• Open/secure facilities, monitor performance, and support operational needs.
