Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a Site Enhancement Associate in Alpharetta, GA to support daily facility housekeeping and cleanliness across assigned areas.

You will help keep restrooms, break rooms, and loading docks clean, restocked, and properly supplied while supporting recycling and room setups. The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, technical competence, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a visible presence on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of facility services or related experience.
• Demonstrated technical competence and basic computer skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize daily workload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping to keep facility clean, safe, and organized.
• Keep restrooms, break rooms, cafeteria areas, and loading docks clean and orderly.
• Restock toilet paper, napkins, and break room supplies.
• Empty trash and service smoker's cans as needed.
• Assist with window cleaning, room setups, and break room cleaning.
• Support recycling efforts for paper and cardboard.
• Assist Facilities Manager with daily tasks and projects.
• Maintain a customer service focus and positive client relationships.
• Ensure services are completed on schedule and thoroughly.
• Participate in emergency response and ERT-related duties.
• Communicate with client site management regarding service levels.
• Complete inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and CMMS requests.
