Qualifications

• HS/GED and 10 years building maintenance experience with 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; CPR/AED and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Associate's degree; HVAC/building maintenance training and related software skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and inspect Buildings Maintenance Division staff.
• Respond to building maintenance requests and set work priorities.
• Oversee contracted services and support special events and emergency operations.
• Provide support for snow/ice removal and storm cleanup.
