Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve facilities processes for efficiency and service delivery
• Lead process-improvement initiatives using approved automation and ML tools
• Document current and future-state business processes and identify root causes
• Develop standards for efficient, well-governed operations across OPP
• Collaborate with PSU IT and stakeholders on technology initiatives
• Assist in coordinating vendor relationships and implementation activities
