• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Restock condiments, supplies and replace water filters as needed.
• Clean break rooms, kitchens, restrooms, windows, doors, and exterior areas as needed.
• Maintain windows and glass doors as assigned.
• Operate a forklift to unload trucks when needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; heavier items require assistance.
• Assist with maintaining parts stockroom, sweeping floors, stocking parts.
• Assist Purchasing Coordinator by bringing deliveries to the purchasing office, labeling of parts and counting inbound parts.
• Assist HR setting up events/meals/serving/decorations on/off premises as needed.
• Establish & maintain a list of daily, weekly, monthly duties in case of absences.
• Run errands for company parts/supplies and take company vehicle for maintenance as needed.
• Represent the image of our Company to our suppliers/customers/public; be presentable when going out in public.
• Conduct yourself professionally at all times when representing our Company.
• Maintenance of parking lot to include magnet dragging to remove screws or nails as directed by management, and outside picnic areas clean of trash and debris.
• Report on any repairs of facility property.
• Other duties assigned by your supervisor.
