Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to relate well to guests and co-workers and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, follow written and oral instructions, and comply with brand standards.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete required brand training and assist guests with information and amenities.
• Perform daily cleaning of public areas and maintain stock of supplies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep housekeeping closets and carts organized and stocked.
• Follow loss-prevention and safety procedures and ensure cleanliness of restrooms and facilities.
• Assist with room attendant or laundry operations as needed and support hotel staff.
