Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Facilities Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail branch environment. You will perform daily janitorial and building upkeep tasks to support a positive customer experience and align with store goals.

This role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in retail or supply chain, and a high school diploma or GED. Strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting are

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail branch environment.
  • Perform daily janitorial tasks, including sweeping, restroom and breakroom cleaning, and dusting shelves.
  • Clean and sanitize flat surfaces such as manager counters, phones, and cart handles.
  • Operate floor scrubbers and maintain floor cleanliness throughout the branch.
  • Handle outdoor cleanup, including trash removal and seasonal maintenance.
  • Support a positive customer experience through consistent building upkeep.
  • Align facility maintenance efforts with the goals of sales, merchandising, and inventory teams.
  • Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals.

Job Summary

The Facilities Associate with The Restaurant Storeis responsible formaintaininga clean, safe, and welcoming environment in a retail branch location. The Facilities Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals by performing daily janitorial and building upkeep tasks. By ensuring the branch is consistently clean and well-maintained, the Facilities Associate supportsa positivecustomer experience while aligning with the operational goals of our store teams.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
