Role Scope : Coordinates the onsite facility maintenance operations of the Habitat Health program centers . Coordinates PACE center building-related activities. This includes ensuring that appropriate preventative maintenance for existing and ongoing sites are maintained . Duties include assuring that operational standards are met while ensuring facilities are safe and well-functioning.

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $86,000 anually . This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10% and may be eligible for additional incentive compensation, as applicable.

The final compensation offered will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographical location, and business needs.
