Summary

Facilities Associate responsible for executing maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the Gallery, ensuring facility systems, grounds and equipment are maintained to company standards and supporting quick response to downtime situations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure service levels are met
• Oversee repairs and upkeep of building, grounds, systems and storage structures
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment including forklifts, fans, doors and dock plates
• Manage prioritization and scheduling of work orders and maintenance tasks
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to production affecting issues
• Maintain a safe work environment by observing and enforcing OSHA Food Safety and HAZMAT requirements
• Collaborate with Gallery team to ensure maintenance needs are met and held to standards

Requirements

• Experience with preventative maintenance and repair
• Experience identifying and presenting opportunities for process improvementExcellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to execute and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Ability to maneuver around gallery floor stock room and office
• Capable of prolonged standing twisting stooping kneeling squatting bending and climbing
