Job Description

Under general supervision, performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled manual work in the construction, maintenance, and repair of Christ Church and its affiliates.

1. Perform minor and major repairs of all buildings and equipment.
2. Perform electrical work as needed.
3. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists for building equipment maintenance and maintain records of scheduled procedures.
4. Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
5. Assist with renovation and remodeling of buildings; repair plaster and drywall structures.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Motor Vehicle Driver’s License
