Staffmark Group is hiring a Facilities Associate for Fort Mill, SC. The role pays $19.00 per hour on 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with responsibilities that focus on cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for employees and guests.

The position emphasizes teamwork, following safety procedures, and reporting maintenance concerns. Prior custodial or facilities experience is helpful but not required, making this a good entry path for reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility and outdoor areas.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other restroom and breakroom supplies.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down assigned work areas.
• Maintain entrances, sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor spaces.
• Assist with meeting and event room setups, including moving tables and chairs.
• Support special cleaning and housekeeping projects as assigned.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or property damage to leadership.
• Receive, organize, and store cleaning supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized janitorial closets and storage areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
