Job summary

The Restaurant Store in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Facilities Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail branch environment. You will perform daily janitorial tasks and building upkeep to support a positive customer experience.

You will operate floor scrubbers, clean restrooms, dust shelves, handle outdoor cleanup, and coordinate with sales, merchandising, and inventory teams to align maintenance with store goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail branch environment
• Perform daily janitorial tasks, including sweeping, restroom and breakroom cleaning, and dusting shelves
• Clean and sanitize flat surfaces such as manager counters, phones, and cart handles
• Operate floor scrubbers and maintain floor cleanliness throughout the branch
• Handle outdoor cleanup, including trash removal and seasonal maintenance
• Support a positive customer experience through consistent building upkeep
• Align facility maintenance efforts with the goals of sales, merchandising, and inventory teams
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
