Job Description
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Provide support on ad hoc projects and office opening, renewals, expansions and refurbishment projects for the region.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to complete office projects and works well in cross-team collaborations.
- Multitask between various daily and recurring tasks and multiple short- and longer-term projects
- Monitor and check the validity and accuracy of utilities, facilities and IT management-related bills, before submitting to the Facilities Director for approval.
- Provide support in facilities meetings as assigned by taking notes/minutes, providing and filing materials, tracking assignments and following up on activities.
- Maintain, assist, prepare, and modify facilities documents and reports for the Americas Region.
- Assist in supervising other office managers in the region to follow the facilities procedures.
- Assist with planning company events and activities
- Support with the company apartments (arrivals, departures, cleanliness etc.)
