ENFRA seeks an Assistant Asset Manager to partner with the Asset Manager in reviewing energy usage and implementing best practices for client accounts and on-site operations.

You will work with facility operators, EPC/ECM teams, and the O&M staff to ensure facilities run efficiently, while training and leading the on-site team; travel is expected 5-10% to job sites or offices. Bachelor's in engineering and 0-2 years preferred.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple ongoing projects.
• Well-versed in the energy infrastructure industry and competitive landscape.
• Ability to multitask and perform tasks outside of scope when needed.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with facility operators, subcontractors, and engineers to keep facilities running efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing operator training.
• Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.
• Support ECM implementation coordination with the EPC and O&M teams.
• Coordinate on-site troubleshooting with remote support.
• Review daily energy usage and recommend best practices and operational adjustments.
• Direct the day-to-day work of the on-site O&M team.
