As a Facilities Assistant, you'll play a vital role in keeping our property looking its best. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure that our grounds, common areas, and apartments remain well-maintained and inviting. From cleaning up outdoor spaces to painting apartments and shared areas, your work will help create a welcoming environment for residents and tenants. By taking pride in your work and maintaining high standards, you'll contribute to the Greco Seal of Approval, where every property has its own unique story and personality.

Minimum Responsibilities

Essential functions for ensuring buildings are in like-new condition and inviting.

• Common area, hallway and stairwell painting
• Amenity spaces upkeep and painting
• Apartment turnover and guest suite painting
• Maintain vacant apartments for leasing
• Trash Removal
• Special projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• 1 year of related experience
• Due to the nature of our business, weekend, holiday, and/or evening hours may be required
