Welcome to Lucid Private Offices! We are an executive business suites company that caters to your specific office, meeting, and business needs. We provide our clients with private office spaces, conference rooms, co-working options, and virtual offices. We are a Texas-based company with 29 locations, 3 of which are in the Atlanta metro area. With the growth we are experiencing, we need supporting staff. We are hiring a part-time Facilities Assistant to help keep these sites operating at their full potential.

Daily Activities:

As the Facilities Assistant, you will assist us in maintaining our visual standards by performing the tasks below. This is a full-time, salaried position working 40 hours a week. Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. The pay scale is at a rate of $20/hour. A background check will be conducted.

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to do general labor
  • Assemble furniture, relocate furniture as needed, and installations
  • Complete all office Make-Ready requests (painting). Responsible for drywall repair and painting of vacant offices.
  • Complete a variety of basic maintenance work orders
  • Preventative maintenance on standard appliances and common area finishes.
  • Responsible for understanding and following the Lucid Private Offices key policies
  • Travel to Atlanta area locations

Required Skills:

  • A High School diploma or GED
  • One to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • The ability to safely use various tools and equipment and lift up to 50 lbs.
