Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Facilities Assistant to help create safe, welcoming spaces where care can thrive. This temporary role supports our Southern Region, with a 3-4 month assignment and a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The position involves travel between Compass locations across the Southern Region and requires a valid driver’s license; you’ll assist with daily facility operations, deliveries, cleaning, and general maintenance to keep offices clean

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• A valid unrestricted driver's license at the time of hire required

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and organization of supplies and materials across locations.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization of facility spaces.
• Maintain warehouse organization and assist with inventory counts.
• Help maintain exterior grounds, including trash removal and basic landscaping.
• Assist maintenance staff with furniture moves and facility projects.
• Ensure facility vehicles are clean and ready for use.
• Provide backup support for housekeeping and general facility needs

Join Compass Health Network for a temporary opportunity supporting our Southern Region! This is a
3-4 month temporary position offering a consistent
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule (40 hours per week).

The role will provide the opportunity to work across multiple
Compass Health Network office locations throughout the Southern Region, so regular travel between locations will be required. The candidate
must be located within the Southern Region and be able to regularly travel between Compass Health Network office locations throughout the region.

In this hands-on role, you'll support the daily operations of our facilities to ensure clean, organized, and well-maintained environments for both staff and the individuals we serve. From deliveries to upkeep, your work helps create spaces that promote wellness and dignity across our communities.
