ICCU is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to uphold the upkeep of Credit Union facilities. You will perform maintenance, cleaning and repairs, and participate in campus upkeep including power washing and snow removal.
You will assist with moving computer equipment and ensure safety across properties. Regular branch visits, practical problem solving, and adherence to security and privacy standards are expected.
Ensure Credit Union facilities are maintained with professionalism, attention to detail and proactively seek and implement industry best practices.
High school diploma, some college preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent decision-making ability exhibited by actions and recommendations. Ability toalways maintain confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.
Able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner.
Proficient at diagnosing problems and finding solutions. Exhibit a professional appearance, attitude, and verbal communication. Maintain a current driver license and a good driving record. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by ICCU.
