Job summary

Search Masters is seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to support service, installation, and troubleshooting across multiple plant facilities in New Jersey. You will oversee capital upgrades and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure peak equipment performance.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience with commercial HVAC projects in manufacturing. You will manage service contracts and contribute to safe, compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with commercial HVAC projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in construction projects, heating and cooling operations, and related project management.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, installation, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment across multiple plant facilities
