Job summary

Life Flight Network is seeking a Facilities and Fleet Coordinator in Boise, ID to support vehicles and facilities maintenance. The role requires clean driving records, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage inventory and assist with projects.

You will perform routine cleaning, coordinate service, and handle registrations and insurance while collaborating with the Facilities Director and other teams. The job emphasizes safety, reliability, and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One-year experience in vehicle/facilities maintenance advisor or similar role.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Familiarity with basic facilities and vehicle maintenance repair procedures.
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.
  • Strong work ethic with a team-oriented approach.
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • Excellent communication with all levels of an organization.
  • Able to take initiative to create, implement and improve procedures.
  • Travel by personal or company vehicle; valid driver's license and insurance; proof of auto insurance; meet Driver’s Policy.
  • Experience driving medium to heavy duty vehicles.
  • Critical thinking and adaptability to project needs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Capable of using hand and power tools.
  • Stand, stoop, bend, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds; work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and order of Life Flight Network’s facilities and vehicles.
  • Perform routine cleaning duties based on need and schedule.
  • Inventory, restock and order supplies.
  • Perform maintenance and minor repairs as instructed.
  • Coordinate and schedule vehicle/facilities service and repairs.
  • Assist Facilities Director with tasks.
  • Handle DMV registration/tags and insurance.
  • Coordinate with facilities projects – base setups.
  • Coordinate special projects.
  • Knowledge of KACE ticketing system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $28.03 To $37.26 Hourly

The Facilities and Fleet Coordinator provides support for Life Flight Network vehicles and facilities to include overall maintenance and repair functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One-year previous experience in a vehicle/facilities maintenance advisor or similar role
  • Knowledge of proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Familiarity of basic facilities and vehicle maintenance repair procedures

  • Able to take initiative to create, implement and improve procedures
  • Travel by personal or company vehicle throughout LFN’s service area is required. Must possess a valid Driver’s license and automobile in good repair. Must provide proof of auto insurance and meet Driver’s Policy requirements.

  • Maintain cleanliness and order of Life Flight Network’s facilities and vehicles using cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Perform routine cleaning duties based on need and a pre-determined schedule
  • Inventory, restock and order necessary supplies
  • Perform maintenance and minor repairs as instructed
  • Coordination and scheduling of vehicle/facilities service and repairs
  • Assist Facilities Director with tasks
  • Handle the DMV registration/tags and insurance
  • Assist and coordinate with facilities projects – i.e. base set ups
  • Coordinate special projects
  • Knowledge of KACE ticketing system
  • Other duties as assigned
