Fuse is seeking an entry-level Operations/Facilities support at our Albuquerque site. You will handle day-to-day office tasks, coordinate visitors and vendors, assist with onboarding, and work with safety and engineering teams to keep the facility running smoothly.

You will interact with the Operations Lead and site teams, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely responses to facility needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; administrative/ops experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to track multiple pieces of work.
• Professional interaction with visitors, vendors, and government customers.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; safety procedures basics.

Aufgaben

• Maintain situational awareness of the facility and people flow.
• Coordinate day-to-day office operations, mail, shipping/receiving, and upkeep.
• Schedule and coordinate facility maintenance and vendor visits.
• Manage visitor logistics, badges, escorts, and room setups.
• Support onboarding, workspace setup, equipment ordering, and first-day coordination.
• Maintain facility records including safety, maintenance, and visitor logs.
