Job summary

New Mexico Solutions is seeking an entry-level Coordinator to support facilities, fleet, equipment, and routine site tasks across multiple locations in Albuquerque. You will complete checklists, update records, schedule approved services, and notify the Manager of issues.

The role involves hands-on work and interaction with employees and vendors, with training provided as you learn procedures. Starting with supervised tasks, you will grow into more coordinating, basic tech support, and logistics

Qualifications

• Organized and dependable, willing to learn several kinds of support work.
• Able to follow checklists, keep accurate records, manage assigned tasks, and ask questions when instructions are unclear.
• Clear, respectful communication with staff, vendors, and visitors.
• Basic comfort with computers, email, and common office software; ability to learn Microsoft 365 and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned site walkthroughs and report maintenance, appearance, access, or safety concerns.
• Help set up rooms, move supplies and furniture, prepare work areas, and assist with office moves and new-site tasks.
• Enter and update maintenance requests; schedule approved service visits and follow up on the status of open work.
• Help prepare and distribute approved computers and equipment using established checklists.
• Track vehicle inspections, mileage, fuel receipts, and maintenance records.
