Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Facilities Access Assistant at Methodist Hospital in Minnesota. The role involves providing facility information, safe access assistance, and escorting individuals with limited mobility to destinations. Wheelchair support and walking escorts are included, with training provided.

Reports on incidents are submitted for Risk Management review. The position is full-time (FTE 1.0), 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during daytime hours.

The Facilities Access Assistant provides facility information and safe access assistance to members of the community utilizing PNHS facilities. Provide or assist with escorting persons of limited mobility to requested destinations. Wheelchair assistance and walking escorts are included. Training in wheelchair use and lifting/moving assistance is provided. Submit written reports on incidents observed or reported for evaluation by Risk Management or the Department of Safety & Security.

Work Schedule:

FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
