Pacific Clinics is seeking a Facilitator II to lead group discussions, trainings, and workshops across diverse settings within our wraparound program. You will design and implement facilitation strategies, guide teams, and foster collaborative problem-solving to meet program goals.

About our Program: Wraparound is a Pacific Clinics program that provides wraparound services for children having behavioral issues that would otherwise need residential care or a higher level of care. A family-centered team approach to stabilize the child in the least restrictive environment is provided
Schedule:Varies but mostly M-F 9-5 with evenings
$83,071 - $102,167 per year
Facilitator II is responsible for leading group discussions, workshops, or training sessions to help individuals or teams achieve specific goals or outcomes. They may also be involved in conflict resolution, team building, and problem-solving activities. Facilitator II typically has more experience and expertise than a Facilitator I and may be responsible for designing and implementing facilitation strategies. They often work in a variety of settings, including corporate training, educational institutions, and community organizations.
