Dogpatch Games seeks enthusiastic facilitators to lead tabletop programs for both kids and adults in San Francisco. Responsibilities include teaching games, managing tables, running D&D sessions, and creating welcoming, engaging experiences.
Ideal candidates bring experience with board games or D&D, strong communication skills, reliability, and a passion for sharing games with others. The role offers flexible scheduling across events.
Dogpatch Games is always looking to add greatfacilitators to our teamfor a range of tabletop gaming programs across both adult and kids events.
This is a general application for several different kinds of facilitator work. Candidates may be considered for one area or for a mix of opportunities. The strongest candidates are often those who can support multiple kinds of programming, especially across both board games and Dungeons & Dragons, and across both kids and adult audiences.
We are currently hiring across three main areas:
At this time, we are primarily interested in Dungeon Masters who are excited to run games for both kids and adults. We have less need right now for adult-only DMs.
Dogpatch Games facilitators help create welcoming, organized, and engaging experiences for players. Depending on the program, this may mean teaching games, managing tables and group flow, running D&D sessions, supporting kids programming, helping guests feel comfortable, and representing Dogpatch Games with warmth, professionalism, and good judgment.
Candidates can be a fit for one type of programming or several. The more relevant experience, flexibility, and programming buckets a candidate can cover, the stronger they are likely to be.
For D&D Dungeon Masters:
Adult programs: $25–$30 per event hour
Kids programs: $30–$40 per event hour
Compensation depends on experience, program type, and responsibilities.
