Bacardi is seeking a Distillery Facilitator to lead and coordinate operations across Fermentation, Distillation, and Distillery Utilities. You will own shift performance, supervise staff, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
The role requires 3–5 years in Lean Manufacturing and strong English/Spanish communication, with familiarity in GMP/ISO frameworks and SAP/WO systems. Expect nights, weekends, and holiday rotations.
Distillery Facilitator plans, coordinates, and supervises the work in areas of the Distillery that includes Fermentation, Distillation & Distillery Utilities and support the coordination of Waste Treatment Plant and Molasses Terminal, following the requirements and standards established by the Distillers Manual, global and local policies, and applicable applications. This role works on continuous improvement projects or ideas in coordination with the Team Owner and other facilitators. This role has rotary shifts during the weeks and weekends. The Distillery Facilitator leads, coordinates, and owns the operational performance of the assigned shift across Fermentation, Distillation, and Distillery Utilities, while supporting the coordination of the Waste Treatment Plant and Molasses Terminal. The role is accountable for delivering safe, reliable, efficient, and quality-compliant operations in accordance with the Distillers Manual, global and local policies, established procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. The Distillery Facilitator is expected to proactively identify performance gaps, make data-driven operational decisions, develop team capabilities, and drive continuous improvement in coordination with the Team Owner, other Facilitators, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and supporting functions. This position works rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
